You should have: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Own basic hand tools an advantage On a typical shift you will secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts.
