Confectioner wanted in Yates County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Yates County, New York. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
