Tower crane operator — Boone County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Boone County, West Virginia. Your main tasks: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Current medical and eyesight certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
