GMAW welder — Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Clay County, Kansas. You will be based on a structural steel site. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • ITI in welder trade or equivalent On a typical shift you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
