Confectioner — Ihitte/Uboma

Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Ihitte/Uboma, Imo State. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Pay around ₦100,000 per month, based on your experience.
