What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day-to-day duties: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
