Insulation installer — El Dorado County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation installer in El Dorado County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape You should have: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls We offer $190 per day plus benefits.
