Fusing press operator — McKenzie County

Join our team: we are hiring a fusing press operator in McKenzie County, North Dakota. Day to day you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; give each garment a final press before packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
