Back-of-house cleaner — Mayes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Mayes County, Oklahoma. You will work in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
