Immediate opening: we are hiring a construction helper in Borough of Swindon, England. Day to day you will pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Full-time, day shift.
