What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
