Port container crane operator — White County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a port container crane operator in White County, Arkansas. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. Day to day you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
