Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish On the job you will handle: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
