Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Churchill County, Nevada. The job is at an industrial plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Day-to-day duties: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
