Urgent requirement: vacuum press operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Warren County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory 5+ years on the tools preferred.
