Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Carlton County, Minnesota. Day to day you will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
