Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in McMullen County, Texas. The job is in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
