Join our team: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Duplin County, North Carolina. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals The role involves follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
