Immediate opening: offshore rigger (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Grimes County, Texas. You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Rotating shifts.
