Render and set plasterer — Derby

Join our team: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Derby, England. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. You will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Full-time, day shift.
