Cook — Jerauld County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Jerauld County, South Dakota. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
