Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Haralson County, Georgia. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
