Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Lake County, Montana. What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Day to day you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
