Dish pit attendant — Sevier County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Sevier County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 3+ years on the tools preferred.
