Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Terrell County, Texas. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
