Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
