Kitchen cook — Echols County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Echols County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
