We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Eleme, Rivers State. On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
