Plant operator (dozer) — Uzo-Uwani

Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. The job is at an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes We offer ₦450,000 per project plus benefits.
