Elevator repair technician wanted in Larue County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Larue County, Kentucky. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. You will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work 4+ years on the tools preferred.
