Immediate opening: overhead (EOT) crane operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in New Kent County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Current medical and eyesight certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
