Grill cook — Fallon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Fallon County, Montana. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
