Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Sonoma County, California. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Rotating shifts.
