Vacancy available: VMC operator (Kano State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Kano Municipal, Kano State. On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
