Backhoe operator — Caswell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Caswell County, North Carolina. You will work on a housing development site. Day to day you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. Ideal candidate: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Full-time with occasional weekends.
