Bread baker • Androscoggin County, Maine

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Androscoggin County, Maine. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
