Pastry baker — Hart County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hart County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
