Pipe lagger — Mendocino County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Mendocino County, California. You will work on a high-rise façade. Day-to-day duties: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
