Backhoe loader operator • Alexander County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Alexander County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
