Dough maker wanted in Tippecanoe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
