Rigger — Howard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in Howard County, Missouri. You will work at a shipyard. On a typical shift you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
