Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Your main tasks: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
