Day-to-day duties: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
