Automotive refinish painter — Cumberland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Cumberland County, Tennessee. You will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods 3+ years on the tools preferred.
