Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Richland County, Illinois. You will work at a busy press shop. Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout The role involves feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
