Hand presser wanted in Karnes County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hand presser in Karnes County, Texas. You will be based in a busy laundry. On the job you will handle: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
