We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Sherman County, Oregon. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
