Great opportunity: powder coating operator (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Wayne County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
