Vertical transportation technician — Coconino County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Coconino County, Arizona. You will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Part-time with flexible hours.
