Cook wanted in Orange County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Orange County, Indiana. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
